The Barona Recreation Department exists to meet the recreational needs of the Barona Community through high-quality programs and events. Primarily funded by the tribe’s gaming enterprise, our department operates year-round to fulfill the mission of providing “A space where families feel safe, valued and inspired.” Once a rural outpost with little to do, the reservation has become a buzzing hub of activity for children and adults alike.

 

Our job would be nearly impossible without our top-notch facilities, which are painstaking maintained by our professional staff. In addition, our Recreation Leaders and Management are the best in the business; caring and diligent group who constantly go the extra mile.
