Barona Recreation Department Policies and Procedures
To ensure a safe environment, certain policies have been implemented and we adhere to our Zero Tolerance policies.
PROCARE SOFTWARE SYSTEM
ProCare is our check in & out system for after school & day camps. With one touch to the fingerprint scanner, a parent/child is able to check their kids/self in and out and even make camp payments.
Please stop by during business hours to get entered into the system and get a quick tutorial. It takes about a minute to get you registered. You may opt out on the finger scanner and get a number instead.
ATTENTION TRIBAL MEMBERS:
Effective immediately, the following rules are in place to ensure safety and prevent further vandalism at the recreation center.

Normal Business hours for the Gym are 8AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday.

Any Tribal member wishing to remain at the Barona Rec after 6PM Monday-Friday; must check in with Tribal Enforcement.

Tribal Members will be granted access to the gym by presenting their Tribal ID to tribal enforcement during new non-hours of operation 6PM to Midnight and on weekends/holidays 8AM-Midnight.

Tribal Member must be 18 years of age.
CONDUCT AGREEMENT

Your child must be courteous to other Rec Department participants and staff.

Your child must not cause physical abuse, verbal abuse, threats, harassment or any other conduct which threatens or endangers the health or safety of any person.

Your child must not damage or cause destruction to Barona Rec property, or to the property of others.

Your child must not remove Rec property.

Your child must not wear unacceptable logos or messages on his/her clothing. Individuals wearing gang-related attire will not be admitted to the facility.

Your child must keep a calm, quiet voice, and use absolutely no foul language.

Your child must not fight, argue, push, throw objects or name call.

Your child must not gossip.

Your child must not use skateboards, bikes or scooters inside the Rec Center facility. MP3, iPods or hand held games are also prohibited, unless authorized by Department staff.

Your child must use the bike rack at the Barona Rec to store his/her bike safely.

Your child must remain indoors, unless supervised by Rec staff.

Your child must be respectful of all Barona Recreation Department staff, Volunteers, Parents and Guests, and must obey all Department staff and Volunteers.
